Though you can’t judge a book by its cover, people size you up when they see you and the things that represent you. This includes several things such as the way you dress up; the way you talk; your office; your car; your business card, brochure, flyers, website, and other promotional materials. All these are physical – what the eyes can see and what the ears can hear. Yet, they represent something deeper. It speaks of your integrity, stability, commitment, and other characteristics that signify professionalism.
